As we humans learn and grow, the tools we add to our "life toolboxes" expand in power and reach. Intuition would be one very good example of such a tool. As we use, hone, and gain trust in them, doorways open that we never could have imagined, let alone predicted.
We start to live life on another level. We see the importance of chance meetings with strangers, who say just the right thing we needed to hear in that moment. Keys are handed to us to unlock the next level of learning about certain things. We feel the richness and connectedness of all life on the planet. The indigenous peoples call these intricate connections "the web of life".
A spiritual breakthrough is imminent for humanity, one where we could shed the handcuffs that have kept us small, if we so choose. It is absolutely imperative that we use our free will and choose! If we do not, choices will be made for us.
Are we ready to move beyond the state of adolescence that we have been stuck in for centuries? The big leap required is that we stop looking for external authority to parent us, and take full responsibility for our lives. To not do so will keep humanity stuck in a place of dependence and victimhood.
We have the potential to become more deeply connected to each other in mind, heart, and spirit. To accomplish that, we must first break down the walls and barriers that are not only directly imposed upon us, but also the ones we are trained to build for each other and ourselves. Increasingly we are seeing “the great divide” in society, and the destruction it brings to bear on our crucial human connections with each other.
Division is not the natural state of our souls. The matrix of society is encouraging the division and derision between us. We are so much bigger and better than we are allowing ourselves to be. We see glimpses of the good, but why are we not allowing it to be a full-time way of being? The suffering in the world will only stop when we are ready for it to stop, when we say, "No more!”
When we realize the full meaning of the connections to each other in the All, when we see life as something to be held in reverence and respect, when we are ready to live in a state of taking full personal responsibility for all of it, humanity will mature. We will expand in our human consciousness and love.
The big question is, how do we get from here to there? When I look at the various cultures around the world, the differences are staggering in terms of sensibilities and ways of looking at the world. However, if traveling and living in some very different cultures taught me anything, it is how much we generally are the same in our humanness and basic desires for a good life. The perceived differences between us are rooted in dogma, cultural propaganda and training. They are false. They are a lie built into the global matrix to encourage separateness. I believe that by and large, humans are mainly good and are taught to be distrustful and hate. It is not our natural state.
Again, the big question is, how to break down the walls? Waiting for the system to change, to vote in “the right person”, or a change in rules to manage it all is not the answer. We see how that methodology is failing over and over again throughout history. The planet is under a system of pyramidal hierarchy. We have been believing in a “top to bottom” way of doing things, where some people “in charge” are going to make things better for us.
No. When people really start to see how that simply is not working, then perhaps we’ll step up to the plate and take more personal responsibility to create a better world. Together and cooperatively we can create a new society “bottom to top”. The choice is ours.
