You are a Creator. What are you creating?
Our thoughts and words have immense power.
That which we focus on expands. What will you choose to create with your thoughts today? Your dreams and aspirations, or your worries and fears? This is an important question, because our thoughts and actions ripple outward. We ARE indeed co-creators of the world around us.
Even under normal circumstances we are inundated daily with negative news. Since the beginning of 2020, it has ramped up to extreme levels. The words and narrative by media strongly affect our thinking and beliefs about what is possible. We disempower ourselves every time we buy into “this is too big for me, it is out of my hands”, or, “there are only the same old A or B solutions to choose from, oh well, I’ll just pick what seems best”, or, “authorities external to me have all the answers and power”.
Be observant of your thoughts, the words that are running around like little monkeys in your mind. What messages are playing in your head? Are they a replay of the media hype you just watched on the news?
Take control of them. Resist letting your mind become a slave to someone else’s idea of what reality “should be”. Our minds are being programmed constantly by external forces that want to own us. They know our minds are powerful tools of creation. They don’t want us having independent thoughts, or we will become too free.
Humanity is awakening. Whether you realize it or not, you hold a wealth of wisdom within you. Start to trust in the power of that and create with it. There are simple ways to become a player in building a positive new reality for humanity. Every positive thought, vision, and action that comes from each of us helps to outweigh the negative forces in this world.
That is no small thing. It is HUGE and important.
It's Our Choice They say they don't want us to hate and fight, they make rules that gag, to make sure we're polite, 'cause "we're irresponsible". And yet they stand on podiums and say what they want, inflammatory words meant to ignite, so that we'll bicker and get lost in their fight. Hypocrites they are, the ones with their double speak - their goal is our ire, they want to see us fighting each other, burning in their fire. Let's not.
Our words are one way we can take positive action.
Our words and stories are powerful. It’s important to take responsibility for our own words, because we have the ability to create a positive or negative reality with them.
Focusing on negative narrative keeps everyone’s minds confirming and expanding that reality. Have you noticed? Words used in the pandemic narrative have too often left us feeling weak, reliant, and disempowered. But we’re not! This is the story that has been thrust upon us at this time. We did not create it, but we are responsible if we choose to perpetuate it. We can overcome this negativity with selective word and thought replacement.
We can create a positive narrative by actively using expansive and encouraging language. These words aren’t new; we all have them in our vocabularies. We’ve just been using them much less lately. How is this for a short list, just as a start?
When we use positive words, we raise our own vibration as well as that of people around us. Positivity in our minds and hearts does affect the health and resiliency of our bodies. We are then in a place of taking responsibility for our overall health, while simultaneously envisioning and creating a better future.
Taking responsibility for our words sounds simple, but it is not necessarily easy. It takes some practice and discipline, particularly when others try to engage us in the negative narrative. However, this is a fundamental way to exercise our own personal power to create positive change. With our thoughts, words, and actions, we can help to transform the world around us into one of integrity and substance.
Fabrications Society used to be built on the character of the people who wove the fabric. Integrity, Honesty, Hard Work, Relationships, and Vision. These were the vital strands woven into the warp and weft of our world. Now society is fabricated on voices in thin air, virtual words with empty promises. We want that world back, a place where strong character's substance reigns. But wanting and deciding are two unlike things, one is a wish, the other intent. Nothing comes for free, and everything worth anything is still worth the work.
